Thank you for choosing Wear Moi for your dancewear needs! Please be aware of our Retail Sales Conditions outlined below. All prices and these terms and conditions are subject to change without prior written notice, at any time, in Wear Moi’s sole discretion.
Returns (excluding Custom by Moi, see bottom of the page)
We take great care in the design and manufacture of our products, and processing of customer orders. However, shall you be unsatisfied, all returns must be return within 30 days of receipt. Returns are authorized only if the items are unworn, in the original packaging, and have not been washed. A refund for the returned items will be done on the credit card used for the payment upon the receipt of the goods, however customer is responsible for all return shipping fees.
Shipping and handling
Orders are shipped complete within an average of 3-5 weeks. It is only an estimate; this period may be extended for exceptional cases. The expected shipping date of your order is indicated in your order confirmation email. All orders are shipped via colissimo for DOM-TOM, United Kingdom, Macedonia and Israel, via TNT for the other destination. A tracking number will be emailed once the shipping label has been created. Please allow a few days from the time you receive the tracking number for any transit data to be updated. Please note that we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Shipping charges will be invoiced according to the following chart:

Custom or import duties, or other local or state taxes may be due. These duties and taxes are not the responsibility of Wear Moi. They will be at the expense of final customer and under its full responsibility, both in terms of custom declaration and payments to the competent authorities / bodies of your country. No deliveries will be made at weekends or on public holidays. We cannot accept liability for late deliveries. (No postage refunds for late deliveries.)
Price policy
All our prices are quoted VAT inclusive inside the EEC or VAT exclusive in the rest of the world. There is a price difference on most of our items between adult and children sizes.
Company's ethics and environmental policy
Wear Moi is a dancewear brand whose head office is established in France in La Garde. It also has an office located in Chicago, USA. Wear Moi is laureate of the RSE PACA prize. This trophy rewards all the companies of a territory who are committed to putting the man, the environment, the territoriality and the stakeholders at the center of their concerns and in a transversal way. We manufacture our products in our factory located in Tunisia. The working conditions in our factory are governed by the Tunisian labor code, very close to the French labor code. As such, we work closely with the union representatives and representatives of the Consultative Commission of the company. All the raw materials used to make our products are exclusively from countries of the European Union.

Sketches compliance
The sketches generated by our website are non-binding and provided for illustrative purposes only. The appearance of the final product may differ slightly from the sketch, in terms of print placement and color rendering. These differences are frequently attributable to your screen or monitor settings. Wear Moi cannot be held liable for any differences in color or print placement.
Production and shipping times
The production time for all Custom by Moi pieces is three to four weeks. You will receive an automated email confirming your shipment when your order has been transferred to the carrier. Please note that once an order containing one or more Custom by Moi items has been launched, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
The sizing of our Custom by Moi items is the same as all the other products in our Wear Moi collection (non-customizable items). If you have never worn a Wear Moi garment before, we strongly recommend that you try on one of our products first to confirm your size.
Returns
Wear Moi does not allow Custom by Moi items to be returned, unless your order is defective. Defective items must be returned within 30 days of receipt in accordance with Articles L.21 to L.21-8 of the French Consumer Code. No claims can be made after this 30-day period. The product must be in its original packaging with tags attached and intact. After the merchandise has been received, you will receive a credit for the item(s) returned on the credit card used to pay for the order, but the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping fees. Custom by Moi items that have been worn or washed cannot be returned, even if they are defective. To initiate a return of a customized product, please contact our customer service team at online@wearmoi.com. Please do not ship your Custom by Moi item until the return has been approved by our customer service team.
Please note that once an order containing one or more Custom by Moi items has been launched, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
