Orders for private individual customers must be placed through our website and by phone: +33 (0) 4 98 01 60 03 for France and Monaco and +33 (0) 4 98 01 60 00 for the rest of the world. Orders are processed within 2 days.
- Online by credit card: Payment by credit card only. Your card number remains confidential and is transmitted in encrypted form to the Credit du Nord bank via the Webaffaires system which secures the transaction directly.
- By phone – payment by credit cart or cheque: if you do not want to give your credit card data on our website, you can place your order by phone from Monday to Friday, 09h30 - 12h30 and 13h00 - 17h00. You could pay by credit card or cheque. The order will be processed once the cheque is cashed.
The orders are dispatched within four weeks. The shipping date is indicated at the bottom of your cart and order confirmation. This date is given for information purposes only and is likely to change in case of unpredictable events.
Parcels are delivered by our forwarder at home during normal office hours Monday to Friday. All parcels must be signed for on receipt. You will receive an internet link to track your parcel.

Custom or import duties, or other local or state taxes may be due. These duties and taxes are not the responsibility of Wear Moi. They will be at the expense of final customer and under its full responsibility, both in terms of custom declaration and payments to the competent authorities / bodies of your country. No deliveries will be made at weekends or on public holidays. We cannot accept liability for late deliveries. (No postage refunds for late deliveries.)
All our prices are quoted VAT inclusive inside the EEC or VAT exclusive in the rest of the world. There is a price difference on most of our items between adult and children sizes.
We take great care in the design and manufacture of our products, and processing of customer orders. However, shall you be unsatisfied, we commit to refund your order under certain conditions. No exchange is possible.
You must contact us by email within 14 days from the receipt of the parcel to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will not accept any claim after this period.
Once your claim has been taken into account, a Merchandise Return Number will be sent to you. Fill in the Merchandise Return Application attached to your invoice and indicate the return number.

Procedures for returned items must be strictly followed. Otherwise your parcel will be returned to you automatically.
The items must be sent at your charge by recorded delivery. We do not take any responsibility for mislaid return parcels. The items must be sent in saleable condition in the original packaging with tags still attached. We will not accept washed or soiled items. We do not accept returns for Tights, Dance Belts, Underwear, DIV52, accessories.
Please note that we will not accept return for items which do not correspond to the above specification.
We endeavour to process refunds within 14 days from receipt of your return. Refund will be credited to your credit card account for the full value of the item(s) you have returned to us.
