The size chart was very helpful and I suggest you to follow the chart as-is. I'm glad there is a lining attached on the front interior but with this being a women's product I would have loved for cups or more protection to be added, rather than only a liner that hardly conceals. If needed you will need to wear your own individual undergarment.
