Shipping and returns

We ship our products to every country in the world except those which are not covered by our carriers. Indeed, they do not ship to countries at war or involved in "geopolitical conflict", namely Crimea, North Korea and Russia.

 

Please note that we do not ship to post office boxes.

Customs duties, local taxes, import duties and national taxes may be owed. These taxes and duties are not the responsibility of Wear Moi. They shall be born by the customer, who is fully responsible for declaring the goods and for submitting payment to the relevant authorities/agencies at the place of delivery.

Orders are shipped in their entirety within three to five weeks on average. This is an estimate and the turnaround time may be longer in extraordinary situations. The expecting shipping date for your order is indicated in your confirmation email. All orders are shipped via TNT, except for addresses in Macedonia, Israel and the French overseas departments and territories, all of which are covered by Colissimo.

 

We do not ship out merchandise on weekends and bank holidays. Depending on inventory availability, delays in delivery are not eligible for monetary compensation. 

If you receive a defective item, please contact Customer Service by email at online@wearmoi.com with photos of the product, if possible, and the number printed inside the medallion on the tag.

ALL ITEMS - EXCEPT CUSTOM BY MOI

 

We take great care in designing and manufacturing our products and in processing your order. However, if you are not satisfied with an item, it must be returned within 30 days of delivery in accordance with Articles L.21 to L.21-8 of the French Consumer Code. No claims can be made after this 30-day period. An item can only be returned unworn, unwashed and in its original packaging.

 

CUSTOM BY MOI ITEMS

 

Wear Moi does not allow Custom by Moi items to be returned, unless your order is defective. Defective items must be returned within 30 days of receipt. No claims can be made after this 30-day period. The product must be in its original packaging with tags attached and intact. After the merchandise has been received, you will receive a credit for the item(s) returned on the credit card used to pay for the order, but the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping fees. Custom by Moi items that have been worn or washed cannot be returned, even if they are defective. To initiate a return of a customized product, please contact our customer service team. Please do not ship your Custom by Moi item until the return has been approved by our customer service team.

Please fill out the return form located at the bottom of your invoice. As a reminder, your invoice is enclosed in your package, but you can also find a copy in the "My invoices" section of your customer account page. Include the completed return form with the item(s) and send to:

Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping fees.

After the merchandise has been received, you will receive a credit for the item(s) returned on the credit card used to pay for the order. We initiate reimbursement within 10 days of receiving the returned item(s), but you should also allow time for the bank (which varies by institution) to process the credit to your account. After we initiate reimbursement, we will email you confirmation of the transaction.
