Wear Moi ships all over the world. Please refer to our Terms of service for further details. We take great care in the design and manufacture of our products, and processing of customer orders. However, shall you be unsatisfied, all returns must be return within 30 days of receipt. Returns are authorized only if the items are unworn, in the original packaging, and have not been washed. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping fees.

CUSTOM BY MOI ITEMS

Wear Moi does not allow Custom by Moi items to be returned, unless your order is defective. Defective items must be returned within 30 days of receipt. No claims can be made after this 30-day period. The product must be in its original packaging with tags attached and intact. After the merchandise has been received, you will receive a credit for the item(s) returned on the credit card used to pay for the order, but the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping fees. Custom by Moi items that have been worn or washed cannot be returned, even if they are defective. To initiate a return of a customized product, please contact our customer service team. Please do not ship your Custom by Moi item until the return has been approved by our customer service team.
