We struggle a bit because our son's dance belt often needs to be a bigger size than the top. The top is large on him, but his legs go numb if the dance belt is too small. I am hoping this resolves as he gains more muscle mass in his upper body with development. He is still young. It would be great to have a size option for boys who are proportionally young teens, but not children anymore or men yet.
