However, shall you be unsatisfied, all returns must be return within 30 days of receipt. Returns are authorized only if the items are unworn, in the original packaging, and have not been washed. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping fees.

Wear Moi does not allow Custom by Moi items to be returned, unless your order is defective. Defective items must be returned within 30 days of receipt. No claims can be made after this 30-day period. The product must be in its original packaging with tags attached and intact.
