Thank you for choosing Wear Moi for the purchase of your dance items! Please find our general conditions of sale below. Wear Moi reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify and update the present prices and general conditions of sale at any time, without notice.
Returns
We take great care in the design and manufacturing of our products as well as in processing our customers' orders. However, in case you are not satisfied, Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery in accordance with provisions L21 to L21-8 of the Consumer Code. No complaints will be accepted after this period. Out of range Custom by Moi. Returns are allowed only if the items are unworn, in their original packaging and have not been washed. Deliveries
Shipping costs are applied for each new order, according to the price list below. Orders are shipped complete within an average of 3 to 5 weeks. This is only an estimate, so it is possible that this deadline may be extended in exceptional cases. The expected shipping date of your order is indicated in your confirmation email. All orders are shipped by Colissimo for the French Overseas Territories, the United Kingdom, Macedonia and Israel, by TNT for other destinations. Wear Moi will email you the tracking number, please allow up to 7 days from receipt of the tracking number so that the transport data is updated. We inform you that we do not make deliveries to post office boxes.

Customs duties, local taxes, import duties or state taxes may be payable. These duties and taxes do not fall within the jurisdiction of Wear Moi. They will be the responsibility of the customer and are its sole responsibility, both in terms of declaration and payment to the competent authorities and/or organizations at the place of delivery. We do not ship goods on weekends and holidays. Depending on stock availability, delivery times cannot justify a claim for damages. The recipient is required to make any legal reservations vis-à-vis the carrier in the event of loss or damage, within 72 hours as provided for in art. 105 of the Commercial Code. Wear Moi tracks unreceived packages but cannot under any circumstances be held responsible for receipts beyond the deadlines indicated by our carrier.
Prices
All our prices are indicated VAT included for deliveries in Metropolitan France and the European Union and VAT excluded for the rest of the world. In the majority of cases, there is a price difference between child size models and adult size models.

Wear Moi is a dance brand whose head office is established in France in La Garde. It also has an office located in Chicago, USA. Wear Moi is winner of the PACA RSE prize. This trophy rewards all companies in a region which are committed to putting people, the environment, territoriality and stakeholders at the center of their concerns and in a transversal manner. Our products are manufactured in our factory located in Tunisia. Working conditions in our factory are governed by the Tunisian labor code, very close to the French labor code. As such, we work in close collaboration with union representatives and representatives of the company's Consultative Commission. All the raw materials used to make our products come from European Union countries.

Drawings generated by our site are not contractual and are presented for informational purposes only. It is possible that the rendering of the final product will be slightly different from the drawing, in terms of the location of the prints or the colorimetry. These differences may in particular be caused by your screen settings. Wear Moi declines all responsibility as for a difference in color or positioning of the prints.
Production and delivery times - Custom By Moi
Production time for all Custom By Moi items is 6 weeks. You will receive an automatic shipping confirmation email once your order has been delivered to the carrier. Please note that when an order including one or more Custom by Moi items is launched, it will no longer be possible to modify or cancel it.
Custom by Moi items are sized like all other products in the Wear Moi collection (non-customizable items). If you have never worn Wear Moi clothing before, we strongly recommend that you try one of our products first, to confirm your size!
Returns - Custom By Moi
Wear Moi does not accept returns on the Custom by Moi, unless the product received is defective. Returns due to defects must be made within 30 days following delivery in accordance with provisions L21 to L21-8 of the Consumer Code. No complaints will be accepted after this period. The product must be in its original packaging with labels attached, still intact. A refund corresponding to the returned items will be made to the credit card used for payment upon receipt of the merchandise, however return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Custom by Moi clothes that have been worn or washed cannot be returned, even if defective. To process the return of a personalized item, please contact our customer service at online@wearmoi.com. Please do not return a Custom by Moi item before the return is approved by our customer service. For more information, you can consult our returns policy.
