However, shall you be unsatisfied, all returns must be return within 30 days of receipt. Returns are authorized only if the items are unworn, in the original packaging, and have not been washed. After the merchandise has been received, you will receive a credit for the item(s) returned on the credit card used to pay for the order, but the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping fees. Custom by Moi items that have been worn or washed cannot be returned, even if they are defective. To initiate a return of a customized product, please contact our customer service team. Please do not ship your Custom by Moi item until the return has been approved by our customer service team.
