Hi, I was super happy with my new leotard, custom made. Material is good as always but runs big more like a medium or large size rather than small. Also the proportion in the chest area is rare. And last buttons wasn’t properly attached well, they fell off. I couldn’t wear it as I can see my nipples. I ended making a knot because after payed almost 70euros I wasn’t in the mood to give up; but honestly super dissatisfied and disappointed not sure if i will order a custom made leo looks like you need more time to adjust and fine a good quality for the price you charge. As I live in Qatar, I payed a lot in shipping cost; so it’s impossible for me to return it as I will pay almost the cost of the leotard only in shipping cost. So in my case, I wasted my money. I always shop with wear moi, if you see my historical purchase i have many years and i have many leotards with better quality and i payed less. Thanks Bianca

The product must be in its original packaging with tags attached and intact. After the merchandise has been received, you will receive a credit for the item(s) returned on the credit card used to pay for the order, but the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping fees. Custom by Moi items that have been worn or washed cannot be returned, even if they are defective. To initiate a return of a customized product, please contact our customer service team.
